Since February 2018, Alla has served as the principal lawyer at AE Essential Legal, assisting those who require a powerful advocate in court. She has over 20 years of expertise dealing with individuals of all ages, cultural and religious backgrounds, abilities, and socioeconomic situations.
Alla started her legal practice as a family, child protection, and criminal lawyer in Sale, Victoria, in 2001. She eventually worked as a government lawyer in Melbourne in the field of child protection. Alla managed a group of lawyers in the family law division at Victoria Legal Aid and entered the community legal sector as a principal solicitor at InTouch.
Prior to opening her own practice, Alla had the honour of testifying in Parliament about ways to improve the family law system in July 2017. She contributed to and was cited in the Family Law Council Report to the Attorney-General on Families with Complex Needs and the Intersection of the Family Law and Child Protection Systems - Final Report, June 2016.
Alla speaks fluent Russian and Ukrainian and approaches each case with knowledge and professionalism, tailoring her aid to your specific needs and concerns.
